It depends on size, materials and what we find on site, so we do not quote ranges. A free in-home visit gets you a fixed price in writing.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Every job is scheduled from its scope. The proposal includes a written schedule, and we update you if permits, inspections or materials move it.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull the required permits and schedule the inspections. HOA approvals, where they apply, stay with the homeowner.
Can I keep using my kitchen during the remodel?
It depends on the scope and layout. We talk through options for a temporary setup at the visit and plan the sequence around how you live.
What materials do you use?
Cabinets, counters, fixtures and lighting are selected with you during design and listed in the written scope, so what you approve is what gets installed.
