About Home Pro Green Remodeling
Home Pro Green Remodeling Inc. is a family-owned, CSLB-licensed general contractor (License #1003187) based in Tarzana, California. Founder David Soffer brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience and still works in the field, and his son Nate runs operations and client communication, so the people who sell the job are the people who build it.
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, take on whole-home renovations, design and build ADUs and garage conversions, add square footage with room and second-story additions, build outdoor living spaces and replace roofs. Our in-house design studio provides layouts, finish selections, 3D renderings and walkthrough videos, and our architect of record and structural engineer prepare and stamp plans so permits move.

How we work
Larger remodeling companies hand you off from a salesperson to a project manager to a crew. At Home Pro the owners are on your job. You get a written scope, a fixed price, a payment schedule weighted so the final payment is due only after your walkthrough, permits pulled by us, and a one-year workmanship warranty on top of manufacturer warranties. Financing is available.
Design in-house
See it before we build it.
Our in-house design studio handles layouts, finishes, 3D renderings and walkthrough videos. Designer and builder on one team means what you approve is what gets built.
