About Home Pro Green Remodeling
Home Pro Green Remodeling Inc. is a family-owned, CSLB-licensed general contractor (License #1003187) based in Tarzana, California. Founder David Soffer brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience and still works in the field, and his son Nate runs operations and client communication, so the people who sell the job are the people who build it.
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, take on whole-home renovations, design and build ADUs and garage conversions, add square footage with room and second-story additions, build outdoor living spaces and replace roofs. Our in-house design studio provides layouts, finish selections, 3D renderings and walkthrough videos, and our architect of record and structural engineer prepare and stamp plans so permits move.
